The house has a lovely terrace, with a lounge and leisure area, and a garden facing the beach, where you can hear the waves of the atlantic ocean. On the terrace there are table, chairs, deck chair, awning and charcoal barbecue. Inside, it has a comfortable living and dining room, a bedroom, hall, corridor, independent kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has two single beds of 0.90m* 2.00m that can be used individually or together and form a double bed. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed with two individual mattresses of 0.90m*2.00m for great comfort, that could transform in a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances in particular, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator and crockery and cooking utensils. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is fully refurbished, furnished and equipped, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, high speed Internet and free Wi-Fi throughout the property, making it an excellent holiday or work destination.
